 Xinjiang Sanbao Industry Group Co.,Ltd was registered at and approved by Industry and Commerce Bureau of Xinjiang Ugur Autonomous Region on 25th April, 2007 with RMB 148 million registered capital and more than 10 domestic and overseas members and companies.
In the past scores of years, our membership companies have been doing import and export business with Middle Asia countries, Kazakhstan in particular. Now we have grown into a comprehensive trading enterprise with diverse business in international engineering and contracting, production and process, warehouse and logistics, tourism and shopping. The number of exported vehicles and construction machinery totals almost thousand units, some of which fill the gap in the trade history of China and Middle Asia. The past two years witnessed the successful contracting for fourteen large overseas projects, among which the project of polypropylene and MTBE fills the gap in Kazakhstan’s petrol-chemical industry. We exported full set of Cold-resistant oil drilling machinery, whose R&D we participated too, to Tomsk Oil at Siberean region Russia. It set the first record in the large petrol-chemical machinery export history of Xingjiang.
In 2006, our import and export reached USD 548 million and the number of paid taxes reached RMB130 million. All top over the other trade companies in Xinjiang. In nine consecutive years, we are ranked by Trade and Economy office of Xinjiang Autonomous Region as “Advanced trading companies”, “Best Border Trade Companies”; and ranked by the Custom House as the one who enjoys Grade A custom clearance service and honored by financial unions as Triple A Credit company. In 2007 we were entitled to Top Ten Business and Trade Company.
